The client works on Windows, Linux, FreeBSD and macOS, while the server should work on anything Qt can be installed on. There are two modules in Mumble the client (mumble) and the server (murmur). In Canada, it was broadcast on CBC Television and on Knowledge Kids. Mumble is an Open Source, low-latency and high-quality voice-chat program written on top of Qt and Opus. The idea, which is designed to be both educational and entertaining for a preschool audience, was devised by a mastermind named Christian Skjøtt, creator of the show.
